About the Event

A polarized population means a polarized workforce, and navigating political and social discussions in the workplace has become increasingly complex. As we enter the 2024 election season, Page is pleased to announce a new series of monthly calls in collaboration with SHRM to explore the impact of political discourse in workplaces and share effective strategies for managing it.

We invite US-based CCOs, or their direct reports to join us for our inaugural call on Monday, May 20 at 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. ET, where we’ll discuss The Impact of Political Discussion in the Workplace…and What to do About It. Led by Page member, Bob Feldman, founder of the Dialogue Project, and Bill Boulding, dean of Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, we’ll explore what role business can play to help reduce polarization in our country.

*We are limiting attendance so the dialogue is manageable. Registration is first come, first served, RSVP is required. If your plans change before the date and you are no longer able to make it, please contact Mia Skwiot (mskwiot@page.org) to cancel your registration.
